I began my career in IT as a help desk technician, where I developed a strong foundation in customer service and sales, based on a decade of experience within the hospitalities sector. By focusing on understanding and addressing customer needs, I was able to transition from support roles to sales positions, where I worked hard to drive revenue and build lasting client relationships.

As my career progressed, I took on more challenging roles, moving from sales to management. I aimed to lead teams effectively by fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. This journey eventually led me to the C-suite at Armory5, where I now serve as the CCO. In this role, I oversee the company's commercial strategy, working to ensure that Armory5 continues to grow and thrive in a competitive market. My leadership at Armory5 is focused on enhancing customer engagement, driving business growth, and maintaining the company's position as a market leader.
