Attention Clients:

You may have received the email (below) from Coraid. There is very little information being shared with Coraid Partners at this time.  Armory5 Consulting Services is working to minimize the impact of Coraid’s decision to downsize. Armory5 Consulting has an inventory of Coraid hardware (SRX, VSX, ESI, SR and spare hard drives) should you have any hardware issues in the future. You should log in to your Coraid support account now and download the latest Coraid drivers and firmware. At this point you should not upgrade firmware.

Armory5 Consulting will monitor the Coraid communications will update you as new information becomes available.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.

Thank You

Paul Caputo

Subject: Important company update for Coraid clients and partners

Coraid Customers and Partners,

As some of you may already be aware, last week we made the difficult decision to significantly reduce the size of the company.  We have been making every effort to raise new capital, but have been unsuccessful in doing so, and as a result were forced to take this action.   While we continue to actively explore various options for the company, given our recent downsizing, going forward we do not currently anticipate generating quotes, accepting orders, or delivering product.

Due to this reduction, we also anticipate having very limited ability to provide ongoing technical support or to fulfill hardware RMA requests.  We are currently examining ways in which to mitigate the impact of this on our client and partners.

Coraid recognizes this situation will be difficult for many of you and we apologize for that.  We will keep you informed, but if you have additional questions, please feel free to reach out to me at dave@coraid.com.

Best,

Dave
